I have created this section of my page so that you can
learn this spiritual practice no matter where you live. The techniques
are listed in the order I normally teach them. My suggestion is to
start at the beginning and work your way through.
All it takes is time and
practice.
I will continue to add to this list, so stop back by occasionally
to see what's new. All the techniques listed have been in been included in
some form in my recently completed book "Essential Mysteries: A User's Guide for the 21st Century Mystic",
some have been previously published in an issue of the paper Widdershins.
If you are on the Big Island of Hawai'i, feel free to contact
