Kundalini, Divine Fire Workshop I

Kundalini is an energy of healing, change and transformation that spiritualizes the body and has been used for centuries for growth, enlightenment, awakening, and healing. Sometimes pictured as the snake rising up the spine (like the medical symbol used in western medicine). It has been referred to as a Divine Fire.

Come learn how to work with this energy in a grounded and safe environment. We will be covering many topics in this two day workshop, such as:

  • Basic grounding and centering and moving energy
  • What Kundalini is and how to use it safely and comfortably in the body and know to effectively shut it off
  • Kundalini channels
  • Clearing the head channels
  • Clearing blocks to the flow
  • Using it for self healing
  • The difference between Kundalini and sexual energy

    The ability to consciously ground, center and move energy is really helpful to do this work. Completing any one of the following classes; Inner Journey, Meditation or Healing, or having worked one on one with me would be ideal.
