"This practice (Bodhicitta) had an aspiration to "liberate the Mind" for the benefit of others, and an application to provide healing, teaching, and liberation of creative energies for all beings. The knowledge system learned was Laya (Kundalini) Yoga, which involved work with energy centers (chakras) and energy channels (chen); dream work; spiritual reading and healing; and visualization and path working. The method system used was the inner teachings of Pa Kua and Hsing-i Gung-Fu, which worked with Awareness training; Body, Voice, Mind unification training; mind development training; dual (Subject / Object) meditation training (Anu); and non-dual (Essence) meditation training (Ati)."
